Cooling Compartments in Food Industry

Cooling compartments have a wide range of application, i.e. they are present wherever keeping food fresh is necessary:

Easy manipulation with the construction is due to the possibility to put the compartment into any place of the area as well as the plus minus regime of work.

Available thickness of isolating panels are: 60 – 80 – 100 – 120 - 150 mm. Panels are spattered with polyurethane foam which is ecologically acceptable, sediment 40 - 42kg/m³. As a standard covering for the isolating panels white tinkled tin with protective foil is used (Ral 9010), thickness 0.5 mm. If the client wants inox (scotch brite) is also available.

Compartments are suitable for work temperatures from -40°C to +70°C.

Locks built in isolating panels do not need the use of the tools necessary for assembling the panels of the cooling compartment. In that way installing only includes a simple key for the installation. (FAST - FIT SYSTEM).

A flexibility and speed in assembling is accomplished by connecting the panels (direct connection) with the locks getting both maximum isolation and security along all the junctures.

Door

Doors are available in standard dimensions: 720/900Bx1900H (the dimensions which are shown are in millimeters). Apart from standard ones the doors with specific dimensions can also be constructed: 500-1020Bx500-3000H (in mm).

A heater with double isolation is built in doorpost (for minus regime).

Lock

A door in standard size is equipped with the lock made of quality composite plastics with the security system inside, a fluorescent label outside, to the left there is a right orientation of the opening knob as well as one of nine possible combinations for the keys.

Apart from the lock made of composite plastics, a lock with the lever and a jumbo chrome lock are also available.

Composition and Dimensions

Cooling compartments are available in four standard heights (2000-2400-2800-3200 mm).

Minimum inside standard dimensions for every thickness of the panel are from 1200×1200 mm, and they could be enlarged in width and length in standard range from 300 mm to desired dimensions.

Apart from standard enlargements we offer the possibility of specific enlargements, length and height from ±50 mm, and in that way we offer the possibility to use almost every possible area.
